Process Engineer

Missions :

•Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of his area in order to provide technical production support to other areas of engineering, maintenance and production.

•Manage and monitor the development of specific resources and manufacturing procedures.

•Participate with the technical staff, the customers, the suppliers in the development and the modifications of the machines and tools necessary for the manufacturing, by presenting proposals for improvement for the evolution of the products and the future needs of the company.

•Ensure, In conjunction with quality & the health, safety & environment coordinator, the performances and the approval of the machines.

•Study the procedures for making proposals concerning the adaptation of machines and the adoption of adequate technical means for mass production.

•Collaborate with other engineering and production areas for lay-out changes.

•Be responsible for the coordination between the different areas of the plant involved in projects assigned to it.

•Be responsible for coordinating the requests for the means of work in the area of ​​his responsibility as well as their follow-up while respecting deadlines.

•Encourage new developments in the means of production while ensuring the optimization of production procedures.

•Provide support and assistance to his team in carrying out the development work.

•Bac+5 with 3 years’ experience working in wiring activity

•Ownership & independence of mind , Analytical, methodical and organized

•Very good writing and communication skills both in French & English

•Mastery of Microsoft Office.
